Internal Surface Drying Installation for Gas Cylinders GAKS-KOB-USB - Ideal for Post-Hydro Testing

The installation is designed for drying the inner surface of cylinders for compressed natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas after hydrotesting. The unit consists of an air heating device and assemblies connected to the cylinders subjected to drying. The air heating unit is an electric heat chamber with thermal insulation protection.

The unit has pre-treatment and purification of air coming from the shop pneumatic network. The drying process is controlled and monitored from the control panel. The control panel provides maintenance of the set temperature in the set time interval, allows to change the temperature and drying time settings operatively.

Gas cylinders according to GOST 949-73, GOST 9731-79, car cylinders for compressed gas are tested.
