GAKS-I-3 Test Stands for Pneumatic and Hydraulic Testing Equipment

Test benches of GAKS-I-3 type are designed for pneumatic and hydraulic tests on setting pressure when adjusting (taring) safety valves, for pneumatic tests with working pressure on tightness of the gate of the adjusted valve and connection "body-saddle". Tested products: safety valves. Adjustment of the valve is made by compressed air, tests for tightness of the gate - compressed air and process water.

Compressed air supply and pressure regulation to the stand are carried out from the pneumatic control panel, water is supplied from the pumping station or manual (electric) pump. Sealing of the valve inlet flange is carried out by manual or mechanised drive. Hydraulic tests are controlled and monitored from the control panel of the pumping station (available on special order).

The bench is completed with replaceable quick-fit plugs for flange sealing.
