Designed for measuring active and reactive energy of forward and reverse directions and four-quadrant reactive energy, keeping arrays of load power profile with programmable integration time, measuring parameters of three-phase network and para-metres of electric energy quality in three-wire and four-wire AC networks. It allows to organise multi-tariff metering with transmission of accumulated information via wireless communication channels. The device is developed on the Russian component base and has a microprocessor K1986VU024 (NRTS32M) manufactured by NARTIS LLC. The tarifier with flexible programming provides differentiation of the amount of consumed electricity according to the created daily, weekly and seasonal templates.
