Description

Designed for transfer of rolling stock from one track to another or for passing along the straight direction. It is used on railway lines of 1 and 2 classes with mixed freight and passenger train traffic. The use of the transfer is especially favourable in cramped conditions.

Mutually interchangeable with the railway crossing of the project 1580. The sharp crossing is prefabricated - the moulded core is connected with rail whiskers. Blunt cross member is one-piece cast from high manganese steel.

The counter rail is not connected to the track rail. All pads have high flanges. The frame rails and shackles are HFI hardened.
