Description
Brake shoes are designed for railway rolling stock of passenger trains. It is made by the method of pressing composite material of code TIIR-303 (328-303) onto metal stamped frame. Pads are used to provide the necessary braking efficiency braking braking corners of railway passenger cars with makimalno admissible temperature on the friction surface of the pad at short-term impact up to + 500 degrees, the maximum admissible volume temperature at long-term impact up to + 300 degrees, the maximum permissible sliding speed up to 45 m/s (160 km/h). Brinell hardness (NV 16/187,5/30) from 1,2 -2,3. Steel friction coefficient (steel grade 2) 0,38-0,50. Compressive strength MPa - not less than 15.
