The motor is a three-phase six-pole asynchronous machine with squirrel-cage rotor, independent ventilation system and adjustable speed.Traction asynchronous motor DTA-200T is designed for installation on shunting diesel locomotive TEM23.The motor is made for axle-axle suspension with motor-axle rolling bearings.The motor meets the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR TS 001/2011.
