Description

The stand is a prefabricated metal structure, on which the components of the stand are located: base; rotating beam - JIB CRANE 3000 M, load capacity 500 kg; hydraulic equipment - hand pump high-pressure pump NRG 7010, tank volume: 1000 cc, pressure: 70 MPa, hydraulic cylinder; pneumatic equipment - air preparation unit, pneumatic mains and pneumatic cylinder, air supply is carried out from the shop mains. The bench is equipped with a load module with a maximum value of 10000 kg, which is a power drive, by means of the installed asynchronous electric motor M3BP 112 MB IE2, power 4 kW, speed 3000 rpm, the torque on the shaft is created. Automatic running-in with and without load is carried out by taking readings from vibration, temperature and load sensors.
