Description
Hydro protection of submersible electric motor 114 series.
Functional purpose: Designed to protect submersible electric motor from downhole fluid and to compensate the volume of electrical insulating oil due to temperature fluctuations during operation.
Field of application: Installations of oil electric centrifugal pumps.
Principle of operation: oil flows from the electric motor into the hydraulic protection and due to the elastic compensators and labyrinth available in the design does not come into contact with the well fluid.
It is impossible to operate the oil electric centrifugal pump unit without hydraulic protection.
Head flange diameter, mm - 101,6 MM,
Diameter of the base flange, mm - 130 MM,
Shaft diameter, mm - 35 MM,
Body material - carbon steel 35;
