Yes. Sewing to a custom size grid is routine; you provide the dimensions for sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, and the factory adjusts patterns. There is normally no surcharge at wholesale volume, though minimums apply, typically from 100-300 sets per size and design.
•What fabrics are common and how is composition confirmed?
The core range is cotton calico, poplin and sateen, with polycotton blends in economy lines and microfibre in protectors. Composition and density are stated on the product passport, and suppliers provide fabric declarations with the shipment. Independent lab testing can be arranged before large orders if your market requires it.
•Do suppliers produce under private label?
Many do. Factories can sew in your labels, pack in your branded sleeves or boxes and print care instructions in your language. Private-label minimums are usually higher than catalogue orders, often from 300-500 units per design, because packaging materials are ordered specially.
•What volumes make shipping economical for a first order?
Textiles are light and compressible, so a trial order of a few hundred kilograms can ride as part of a consolidated truck to Central Asia or the Caucasus, or as LCL sea cargo to the Gulf and Africa. Full economics arrive at pallet and container scale, but suppliers are used to modest first shipments.
•How long does production take for a wholesale order?
Catalogue items in stock ship within days. Made-to-order production, custom sizes or private label, typically runs 20-40 days depending on fabric availability and print complexity, plus transit time of one to four weeks by land or sea.
