FAQ
•How do growth groups work when ordering for a whole school?
You state the number of students per grade, and the factory converts that into quantities per height group using standard stature tables, usually recommending adjustable models at group boundaries. This removes sizing risk: furniture arrives matched to ages, and adjustable frames absorb year-to-year variation.
•How vandal-resistant is the furniture in real school use?
Institutional lines use welded metal frames, thick laminated tops with impact-resistant PVC edges and tamper-resistant fasteners. These are the same specifications sold into Russian public schools, where furniture is expected to serve many years of daily use. Ask for the product passport stating warranty and test references.
•Can we order furniture for chemistry and physics labs too?
Yes, school laboratory furniture is a developed sub-range: student lab tables with chemically resistant worktops, demonstration desks for teachers, sink units and storage for reagents and apparatus. Specify the subjects and class size, and suppliers will propose a complete cabinet layout for each room.
•What documentation supports participation in public school tenders?
Suppliers provide EAC conformity documents, hygiene certificates for materials and product passports with dimensional and warranty data, which typically satisfy tender annex requirements in CIS, Middle Eastern and African procurement. Pre-shipment inspection by your representative or an agency can be arranged at the factory.
•What lead time should a ministry plan for a multi-school programme?
A single school set typically takes 30-40 days to produce; programmes covering dozens of schools are produced in monthly waves. Overland delivery to Central Asia runs one to two weeks per wave, sea freight to Africa or the Gulf four to six. Align orders with the academic calendar accordingly.
•Are desks delivered assembled or in parts?
Desks and chairs ship mostly flat-packed or in nested half-assembled form to economise freight, with frame hardware and quick assembly schemes included. Assembly is simple bolt work; a local crew typically equips a classroom in a few hours. Fully assembled delivery is possible regionally by truck at higher freight cost.
