For coastal promenades or aggressive climates, request hot-dip galvanising under the coating; many factories offer it as a catalogue upgrade. Cast iron elements are primed and painted and tolerate humidity well by nature.
•Can benches be supplied with our municipality's emblem or custom color?
Yes, customisation is routine for municipal series: powder coating in any standard RAL tone, and emblems applied by laser cutting, casting or stencil. Custom elements usually add seven to fourteen days to production and a modest tooling charge on the first batch only.
•How do heavy benches and gazebos ship without wasting container space?
Frames and slats ship disassembled in bundled kits with hardware and assembly drawings, which cuts freight volume several-fold versus assembled units. Gazebos travel as labelled panel kits. Assembly needs basic tools and two workers; anchoring hardware for your surface type is included when specified at order.
•Which wood is used and does it need yearly maintenance?
The default slat material is pine with protective coating in economy lines and Siberian larch or thermowood in municipal grades. Larch ages to grey without rotting and typically needs only occasional oiling rather than annual repainting. Individual slats are bolt-replaceable, which keeps long-term upkeep cheap.
•What volumes and lead times apply to a city park tender?
Factories regularly produce hundreds of benches and bins per municipal contract; 30-45 days of production is typical for a mid-sized park package, plus four to six weeks of sea transit to the Gulf, Africa or Latin America. Phased delivery aligned to landscaping stages is normal practice.
