Welding rectifiers of VDU-601 type are designed to complete semi-automatic arc welding machines, as well as for manual arc welding with covered electrodes (MMA mode).
Rectifier in a set with semiautomatic machine is designed for welding with fusion electrode wire in shielding gas at direct current (MIG/MAG mode).
VDU-601 can be used as a source of welding voltage for mechanised welding as a part of welding automatic machines.
