Vehicle Brake System Efficiency Testing Device EFFEKT-02 for Safety Evaluation

Devices for checking the efficiency of vehicle braking systems "EFFECT" (hereinafter - the device) are designed to check the technical condition of vehicle braking systems (hereinafter - TS) in road conditions. The device operation is based on measurements of the steady deceleration value in the direction of vehicle movement (Just) and the force applied to the vehicle control organ during braking (Rpm). The device determines the time of braking system operation (tcp).

Structurally, the device consists of an electronic unit for processing and displaying information with built-in accelerometer and controls, force sensor, power supply unit with built-in battery, printer. The force sensor is attached to the brake pedal of the car using straps or magnets. The measurement results are displayed on the alphanumeric display and stored in the instrument memory until the power supply is switched off.
