It allows not only to localise the trace, but also to determine the exact location of insulation damage. In a set with a source of probing pulses allows to carry out the following works: search of a place of a trace (control cables, telephone and power cables, lines of a city broadcasting network, water pipeline, gas pipeline or any other metallic product pipeline), determination of a depth of a trace laying, FINE determination of a place of cable damage (break, short circuit, insulation damage).
