Vacuum Circuit Breaker for Three-Phase AC Circuits - VGG-10

The switch is designed to perform switching operations in normal and emergency modes of operation in three-phase AC circuits with voltage 10 kV, frequency 50 Hz.
The VGG-10 type switch is mainly designed to replace the MGG-10 type switch, which is in operation, as well as for newly developed switchgear.
The main advantages of the switch VGG-10 in comparison with the switch MGG-10:
- mechanical life - 10000 cycles of HE;
- switching life:
at rated current 4000 A - 10000 cycles of VO;
at rated current 5000 A - 6000 cycles of VO;
at rated current of tripping - 30 cycles of RTC;
- Significant reduction in the scope of work during maintenance of the circuit breaker in operation;
- absence of gas and oil emission during tripping operations;
- reduction of circuit breaker weight and drive consumption currents
