U9-UKC Chain Conveyor for Efficient Bulk Material Transport

Designed for transportation of loose products in closed boxes with lids. Conveyors chain conveyors with submerged scrapers U9-UKTS with box width 200, 320, 450, 600, 800 mm and capacity up to 500t/hour. The conveyor track can be horizontal, inclined or horizontally inclined with the angle of elevation 15, 30, 45 and 60 °.

The conveyor has a sealed, rectangular box and consists of drive, tension and intermediate sections with length from 0,5 to 2,5m. When manufacturing the sections, welding of parts and drilling of holes is carried out in special, rigid conductors. This allows to increase the accuracy of manufacturing, which reduces time and money during installation and eliminates the presence of bottom and guide ledges at the joints of sections.

Conveyors can be manufactured from galvanised or stainless steel. For transporting bulk products along a broken route, horizontally inclined chain conveyors with submerged scrapers are manufactured.
