Scraper Conveyors for Efficient Grain Transport - KS, KSP Models

Conveyors scraper and conveyors scraper receiving (KS, KSP) is a device for continuous transport of grain in the form of a box of rectangular cross-section, which moves traction organ in the form of a chain with scrapers, transporting products along the chute of the box from the place of their loading to the place of unloading. The conveyor consists of a drive section with a drive, tension section, intermediate sections, receiving sections (for KSP conveyor), unloading gates, chain with scrapers. Conveyor KC is loaded with grain in the places of installation of loading spigots, unloaded in the places of installation of unloading spigots.

Conveyor KSP is loaded with grain along the entire length of the receiving sections, unloaded in the places of installation of unloading spigots. The conveyor can be used in reverse mode of operation. Conveyors can be used as a part of grain dryer, grain cleaning and drying complex, grain storage complex, seed preparation line.
