Chain Conveyor (Scraper) KSC-300-U for Horizontal and Inclined Bulk Material Movement

Conveyor chain-scraper KCC is designed for mechanical movement of bulk products in stationary conditions horizontally and at an angle of not more than 5. The conveyor can transport the product in the forward direction (towards the drive section) and in the reverse direction (towards the tension head). The conveyor must be installed indoors or under a canopy.

Power source of the drive is an electric network of alternating current with frequency 50 Hz, voltage 380V. Chain-scraper conveyor consists of the following main parts: drive section, a set of boxes of different lengths, tensioning head, chain assembly. The conveyor is a stationary conveying device of continuous action with a working traction organ - chain with scrapers.

The conveyor, depending on its design, can have different length. The main units of the conveyor are: drive section of the inclined conveyor; drive section of the horizontal conveyor; boxes of the inclined section; transition elbow.
