-measurement of direct current force and conversion of direct current force into pulse repetition rate;
-measurement of DC voltage and conversion of DC voltage into pulse repetition rate;
-measurements of pulse repetition rate and conversion of pulse repetition rate into a DC voltage signal;
-measurement of pulse repetition rate and conversion of pulse repetition rate into a DC signal;
-determination of the frequency of the input pulse signal;
-determination of error of measuring instruments (MI) with pulse output (counters) by comparing pulse repetition rates at telemetric outputs of the investigated (verifiable, adjustable) and reference MI.
