Description

Purpose: Transporter chain scraper TCS is designed for transporting grain, mixed fodder and other bulk (non-abrasive) materials in horizontal and inclined directions. Design features: Productivity of TTS conveyor from 20 to 100 tonnes per hour, length up to 50 metres.

Width of the working part of TTS 100, 200, 300, 400mm. The conveyor consists of drive section, middle section, tension section with tensioning mechanism, metal chain with scrapers and polyurethane pads. Drive: NMRV gearmotor or electric motor + 1Ts2U gearbox.

Material of TTS - general-purpose sheet steel 2,3,4 mm. Conveyor design: on low supports or without supports, with service gallery. Advantages: compact, productive, silent.
