ROUND AND RECTANGULAR PIPES RUST CLEANING MACHINE SGPS-VM-200

The SGPS-BM-200 machine is designed for cleaning the outer surfaces of round and profiled pipes from rust with simultaneous processing of all sides in 1 pass. The main difference from the SGPS-B-200 model is the presence of an intermediate reducer, due to which it is possible to process profile pipe blanks with length from 800 mm. Processing is carried out with metal brushes.

The cross-section of processed round pipes is from 20 to 159 mm, profile pipes - from 20 to 160 mm. Depending on the selected technology, the machine provides cleaning degree SA-2 or SA-2-1/2 according to GOST 9.402-80 (ISO 8501-1). The number of passes may vary depending on the initial contamination of the workpiece and the desired result.

Pulling of the workpiece is automatic. The feed speed of the profile pipe is fixed, the speed of round pipe pulling is regulated by the angle of rotation of the feeding and receiving gearboxes.
