Multifunctional CNC Machining Center SXS735-TC-2 for High-Speed Turbine Blade Processing

Multifunctional CNC machining centre STC73 5TS2 (SXS 735-TC2 CNC) for high-speed profile depth grinding of working blades of aviation gas turbine engines, as well as blade machining of parts of any complexity made of various materials. The design of the spindle unit allows the use of superabrasive grinding wheels operating at a grinding speed of 150 m/sec. The machine is equipped with two high-speed spindles, two tool magazines. A three-axis rotary spindle is installed, which allows to process the workpiece from one setting. The machine realises the possibility of five-axis grinding of the workpiece.
