Description
Professional rotary baking oven is designed for intensive use in the baking and confectionery industry. The oven is designed for baking bakery products, moulded bread and bread from wheat and rye flour, confectionery products. "Monsoon-rotor" without readjustment of air flows in the baking chamber provide baking of high quality products of a wide range of bakery products: excellent bakeability, high rise, uniformly coloured surface, perfect gloss. The oven has a collapsible design, allowing it to be brought into the production premises through any standard doorways, it works on electricity.
