The machine is controlled by an electromechanical panel. Rolling out of the dough is done manually by passing the dough piece between the rollers and manually changing the thickness of rolling by means of the handle in the range of 0,1...10 mm. Metal parts of the machine, which are in contact with the product, are made of stainless steel; plastic parts are made of polyamide.
