Rolltex A04 Measuring and Quality Control Machine for Precise Fabric Handling

Measuring and rejecting machine model A04 is designed for quality control, length measurement and rewinding of inelastic materials from roll to roll.
The machine model A04 rewinds fabric rolls up to 500 mm diameter, weight up to 90 kg and roll width up to 1800 mm or 2000 mm depending on the customer's needs.
The machine is equipped with automatic length measurement by means of electronic programmable counter with a measurement error of ±0,1 % for non-elastic and non-lint materials, viewing screen with dimensions 300 x 1800 or 300 x 2000 depending on the selected width of the machine, adjustable rewinding speed 0-40 m/min, automatic stop of rewinding of the material at a given length, front foot pedal on-off electric drives of rolls, touch screen control panel.
