Pump D3200-75 and electric pump units on its basis

Pumps centrifugal double inlet type D3200-75 and units of electric pumps on their basis, are designed for pumping water and liquids having similar properties to water in viscosity and chemical activity, with temperature up to 85 0C, containing solid inclusions by mass not more than 0,05%, size not more than 0,2 mm and microhardness not more than 6,5 GPa (650 kgf/mm2). D type pump is a centrifugal horizontal single-stage volute type pump with double-entry impeller and gland type end seals. The principle of operation of the pump is to convert the mechanical energy of the drive from an external source (motor) into hydraulic energy of the liquid flow. The electric pump unit consists of a pump and a motor, whose shafts are connected by means of an elastic sleeve-finger coupling closed by a guard.
