Description
Saccharifiers are designed for the production of sour-milk products and beverages and for the preparation of production starter on pure cultures of lactic acid bacteria by pasteurisation of milk, its fermentation and cooling of the starter. Zakvassochniki brands OZU consist of a thermally insulated tank. To fill the inner bath of the leavening tank with milk there is a spigot, and to drain - outlet valve Du50. Milk in the bath of leavener is stirred by a stirrer, rotating from the drive. Sanitisation of the inner surface of the leavener is carried out through the washing head. The body of starter is made of food-grade stainless steel grade AISI 304, lining - material AISI 430 (corrosion-resistant steel).
