Designed for preparation of production starter in small quantities on pure cultures of lactic acid bacteria by pasteurisation of milk, keeping it at the pasteurisation temperature, cooling of milk to the temperature of fermentation, introduction of pure cultures, fermentation and cooling of the starter.
It is a rectangular double-walled tank with a lid, flat bottom, mounted on fixed supports. Between the body and the outer lining of the leavener is a layer of heat-insulating material.
Ears with lids are installed in the body of the leavening tank (the number and capacity of ears is agreed with the Customer). The tub with lids is covered with a lid from above. Heating of water in the bath is carried out by steam and/or electric heaters of TEN type.
Control and automatic regulation of the product temperature within the required limits is carried out by means of a sensor and a temperature regulator-measurer, which is installed on the control panel.
