Description

The System is designed to determine the values of the current measurement time relative to the national coordinated time scale UTC(SU), to determine the coordinates of the System location, to measure the speed of vehicles (hereinafter - TS) in the System control area by radar method and/or by video frames, to measure the speed of vehicles by video frames on the controlled road sections, to measure the distance to TS and angle to TS in the System control area in automatic mode.
