Automatic Photo and Video Recording Measurement System "ATOM IS" for Traffic Violation Detection

The measuring systems with automatic photo-video fixation "ATOM IS" (hereinafter referred to as the Systems) are used for automatic photo- and video-fixation of traffic violations and are designed to determine the values of the current measurement time in relation to the national coordinated time scale UTC(SU), to determine the coordinates of the Systems location, to measure the speed of vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the Vehicle) in the Systems control zone and on the controlled road sections, to measure the distance to the Vehicle and the angle to the Vehicle in the Systems control zone in the car, to measure the distance to the Vehicle and the angle to the Vehicle in the System control zone.
