The measuring complexes with video fixation "KRIS-2" (hereinafter referred to as complexes) are designed to determine the current time synchronised with the national coordinated time scale UTC(SU), to measure the angles between the axis of the complex and the direction to the vehicle and to measure the speed of the vehicle in the control zone in automatic mode. Structurally, the complexes consist of a main unit (MU) and a power supply unit. OB includes a processor module with installed special software (software), video camera, Doppler radar module, navigation signals reception module, communication and switching devices, climate control module. The complex carries out automatic recognition of state registration marks of vehicles and their binding to the points of location of vehicles on the roadway, fixation of the time of receiving the frame in the signature saved with it. At the same time the simultaneous measurement of the speed of the vehicle is provided.
