Meteor Hardware-Software Complex for Vehicle Speed Measurement Applications

The hardware-software complexes "METEOR" are designed to measure the speed of vehicles in the control zone and in the controlled area by video frames, the speed of vehicles in the control zone by radar method, current time values synchronised with the national time scale of the Russian Federation UTC(SU), measurements of current navigation parameters and determination of coordinates of the complexes on their basis. The complex is a special technical means operating in a continuous round-the-clock automatic mode and having the functions of photo and video recording, designed to ensure control over road traffic, to record administrative offences in the field of road traffic
