The counter of this modification is equipped with a signal acquisition device of the USS type, designed to convert the value of the angle of rotation of the shaft into electrical impulses with their subsequent transmission through the communication line. The device works together with the controller of KUP type with electronic digital counting indicator of single and total counting. The length of communication line is up to 1000m.

The flowing part of the meters is made of materials:
- body - aluminium AK9M2 GOST 1583-93,
- oval gear - aluminium AK9M2 GOST 1583-93,
- seals - rings GOST 18829-73 3826-s-NTA TU 38.0051166-98,
- bronze-graphite bearings.
