Description
The photo radar complexes with photofixation "Leader-Tandem" (hereinafter referred to as Complexes) are designed to measure the speed of vehicles in the control zone and on the controlled section of the road in automatic mode, measuring the values of the current time, synchronised with the national coordinated time scale UTC(SU), determining the coordinates of the location of the complex in the plan.
The principle of operation of the Complexes is based on:
-measurement of the speed of vehicle movement by the frequency difference between the radar signal emitted by the complex and the signal reflected from moving vehicles (Doppler effect);
-determination of coordinates of the Complexes location based on the data received from the receiver of the global navigation satellite system GLO-NASS/GPS built into the IM;
-determination of the time of photo-video fixation of the vehicle according to the value of the national coordinated time scale UTC(SU), according to the data received from the built-in receiver of the global navigation satellite systems GLONASS/GPS;
