Description
Laser scanning and flaw detection stand Roboscope VTM-5000 is designed for measuring geometric parameters of the object of control by laser scanning, eddy current, impedance and ultrasonic methods of non-destructive testing in order to determine in automatic mode the coordinates and sizes of detected defects in parts and products in the process of production, operation and repair. The stand is an automated measuring system, in which laser, ultrasonic, eddy current, impedance methods of control are implemented, with the possibility of moving the manipulator with the control tool along the specified trajectory in three-dimensional space and positioning the working point of the control tool according to the specified coordinates within the reach of the manipulator. At the customer's request, the stands can be equipped with a hardness control unit.
