KV-1616HD - 16x16 3G/HD/SD-SDI video matrix switcher. Local and remote control, 2 UPS.

The device is designed for matrix switching of 3G/HD/SD-SDI video signals. It allows to connect any of 16 outputs to any of 16 inputs, including connection of all outputs to the same input without violating the necessary matching of inputs and outputs. Control can be performed from the front panel, remotely via Ethernet or from external control panels. Built-in cable correctors at inputs automatically correct signals, carrier restorers at switch outputs regenerate the signal shape. The switcher has a non-volatile memory, which is used to restore the current configuration when the power is switched off and then switched on. When a video reference signal (SD Black Burst or HD tri-level sync) is applied, the switching of input signals will take place at the time of the frame damping pulse of the external sync signal, according to SMPTE RP 168. There is an OLED indicator on the front panel to show the current status of the switching points.
