IRS Technical Complexes for Material Processing - Cutting, Welding, and More

Technical complexes IRS (hereinafter referred to as TK) according to the types of process are divided into the following types:
- for cutting;
- for welding;
- for cladding;
- for gas-thermal spraying
TK for cutting can be:
- laser;
- plasma;
- electric arc;
- plasma arc;
TK for gas-thermal spraying can be:
- gas-flame rod and wire;
- plasma powder spraying;
- electric arc metallisation.
TKs for welding/fusion can be:
- laser;
- plasma (PAW);
- electric arc welding with a non-melting electrode in an inert gas environment (TIG);
- MIG/MAG (MIG/MAG);
- contact welding.
By the method of shielding/active gases supply for TIG and MIG/MAG welding:
- shielded gas welding;
- welding in a controlled atmosphere (chamber).
