High-Temperature Autoclaves with Quick-Release Lids for Carbon Fiber Synthesis

Autoclaves with quick-release lids are designed for high-temperature (up to 350 °C) saturation and synthesis (under pressure up to 4.0 MPa) of carbon and carbon fibre matrices with various elements from the gas phase, when obtaining composite materials with predetermined properties. Horizontal and vertical autoclaves with quick-release lids can be produced with diameter from 500 to 3600 mm, of the following modifications: <ul> <li>- with one or two bayonet closures;</li> <li>with heating or cooling jacket;</li> <li>with internal heat exchanger;</li> <li>with electric heater; with fan.</li> </ul>Autoclaves can be equipped with systems: <ul> <li>- automated control on the basis of PC and controllers;</li> <li>heating;</li> <li>ventilation;</li> <li>high-pressure gas supply;</li> <li>cooling.</li> </ul>Advantages: <ul> <li>- high productivity;</li> <li>reliability (technical and design solutions have been tested on previous equipment);</li> <li>100% Russian-made materials and components are used.</li> </ul>
