Description

Device for simulation of borehole conditions and holding in the chamber of 4 cubic forms filled with cement slurry to form solidified cubic specimens and the possibility of subsequent testing for compressive strength, which in accordance with the requirements of standards API 10 A/10B-2 and ISO 10426 is carried out after their holding in the autoclave in special cubic forms for a certain amount of time at a given pressure and temperature. The pressure in the chamber is created by water using a high-pressure pump with pneumatic drive. Application of autoclave: exposure under pressure and temperature of cement cubes samples, cylinders to determine the physical and chemical properties of cement; Compression of microspheres under pressure and temperature; Thermostating of cement, drilling mud under pressure and temperature; Determination of the effect of pressure and temperature on solutions under prolonged or short-term exposure.
