Description
A sterile implantable artificial substitute for a femoral head damaged by trauma or disease with a metallic outer surface (e.g., titanium alloy). It attaches to the stem/rod axis or femoral head/stem adapter and articulates with the acetabular endoprosthesis as a component of a total hip replacement or with the bipolar component of a partial hip replacement. The product can have different shapes, from partially to fully spherical (globular) and is available in different sizes.Laser marking of the diameter and article number.
