Gas-Piston Power Plant RGP-EU-2.0 for Reliable Energy Generation

The model range of gas piston power plants includes sizes with unit capacity from 0.6 MW to 18 MW. Gas piston power plants are manufactured on the basis of gas piston drives of world industry leaders GE, Caterpillar Inc., MTU Onsite Energy GmbH, MWM GmbH, MAN, as well as on the basis of drives manufactured by PRC enterprises. All gas piston drives used fully comply with the requirements of state standards, norms and rules of technical operation of electric power plants and networks of the Russian Federation.

The main equipment and its assemblies, as well as the supplied auxiliary equipment completing the plant, are patent clean in the territory of the Russian Federation. The unified package of the GPU was developed by JSC "ODK-GT" using advanced foreign experience and its own design solutions. This development makes it possible to produce reliable and efficient gas piston power plants resistant to harsh operating conditions and seismic vibrations up to 9 points on the MSK-64 scale.

The design of the GPU maximises the customer's requirements. Package allows to carry out all works on operation and maintenance of the plant directly on site without transportation to the supplier's plant or other repair facility. All gas piston units are supplied in hangar or block-modular design.

The proposed plants can be used as the main or backup source of electric power, and can operate both in stand-alone mode and in parallel with other sources of electricity around the clock throughout the year. The units can be equipped with exhaust gas and coolant heat utilisation systems.
