Five-Axis CNC Machining Center for Efficient Processing of High-Alloy Materials

Purpose: Designed for complex machining of parts made of various materials, including high-alloy, hardened steels. Uses in the processing of five axes simultaneously. Design features: -High torque servo drives are directly connected to the ball screws on all axes.

The ball screws are double preloaded and supported on both sides by angular contact precision bearings. The machine is equipped as standard with a high-pressure coolant pump for efficient chip evacuation from the cutting zone, thus significantly reducing the risk of tool breakage. -The tilting table is moved by a high-torque motor connected directly without the use of worms or gearboxes.
