Fire and Bioprotection Coating for Wood "KSD-A" Grade 1 - Enhances Safety and Durability

Ognebio-protective composition for wood "KSD-A" Mark-1 is designed to protect wooden structures from fire and bio defeat. At surface impregnation provides: I group of fire protection efficiency with the consumption of 400 g/m² (three times application with intermediate drying, service life of the coating 10 years); II group of fire protection efficiency with the consumption of 180 g/m² (one-time application, service life of the coating 3 years). At impregnation by soaking: I group of fire protection efficiency - dry salt weight 11,0 kg/m³.

In case of deep impregnation: Group I - dry salt weight 40.0 kg/m³. Surface impregnation of wood with the composition "KSD-A" Mark-1 at a consumption of 400 g/m²: transfers wood into the category of difficult combustible materials that do not spread flames on the surface, reduces:

• - mass burning rate of wood by 4 times,
• smoke formation by 2.5 times,
• toxicity of combustion products by 2 times;

increases: time to ignition by 8 times, critical heat flux density by 2 times......
