Electric induction cooker PEI-2 (two-burner), belongs to the trade mark "New Energy". The power of one burner 3.5 kW. It is intended for heat treatment of semi-finished products in functional containers specially designed for induction cookers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises.

The operation of induction cookers is based on the principle of induction: heat generation depends entirely on the presence of cookware on the hob, as it is not the burner surface that is heated, but the cookware itself. Cookware heating starts as soon as the hob is switched on. It takes approximately 6 minutes for the hob to cool down without cookware.

The surface of the induction hob free of cookware always remains cold.
