Induction Electric Cooktop PEI-2D for Efficient Cooking

The electric induction cooker PEI-2D belongs to the trade mark "Dominator". It is intended for heat treatment of semi-finished products in functional containers specially designed for induction cookers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. 2 burners; total power consumption - 7.0kW.

Voltage 220/380, V. Boiling time of 1 litre of water is about 3.5 minutes. The body of the electric induction cooker is made entirely of stainless steel AISI 430 1.2mm thick.

The collapsible frame is made of 1.2 mm thick AISI 430 stainless steel profile elements, legs are made of AISI 430 40x40 stainless steel pipe. Each plate has side strips for ventilation. The plates are equipped with height-adjustable supports.
