Electric Dough Proving Cabinet RT-600 for Optimal Fermentation

Dough proofing cabinet, electric, is designed for proofing bakery and confectionery products in a heated (from +30 to +90 degrees), humid atmosphere, at catering enterprises. In the chamber of the cabinet, at the bottom, there is a heating element. Above the heating element there is a tank for water.

Filling the tank with water is manual. In the chamber, on 4 levels, can be installed 4 pastry sheets or trays 600x400mm, or 2 trays or GN2/1 650x530mm. Thermoregulator, in automatic mode, provides temperature maintenance in the range from +30 to +90 degrees.

The cabinet chamber is closed with a door made of trauma-proof glass. The door opens from right to left. It is possible to change the hinge of the door to open from left to right.

In the closed position, the door is secured with a magnetic lock. The cabinet is made of stainless steel. The cabinet can be mounted on top of each other, in two or three tiers.
