Contact welding regulator RKS-502LM

Regulator of contact welding RKS-502LM is designed to control the welding cycle of AC contact machines.
The regulator provides:
-control of thyristor contactor, electropneumatic compression valve, roller rotation drive and coupling operation
operation of contact welding machines in single and automatic modes (in automatic mode "pre-compression" time delay is excluded), as well as in seam modes with continuous and intermittent passage of welding current;
-regulation of welding current with digital indication of the selected value;
-smooth rise of the leading edge of the first pulse of welding current (modulation) with digital indication of the selected value;
-automatic adjustment of the power factor cos? with changing the polarity of switching on/off the first half-wave of the welding current;
-stabilisation of the current value of the welding current at fluctuations of the supply network voltage;
-stabilisation of input parameters in the regulator memory
