Universal Welding Rectifier VDU-506 UZ for Manual Arc Welding

The universal welding rectifier VDU-506 is designed for manual arc welding with covered electrodes at direct current, completion of semiautomatic machines and automatic machines for welding of steel products in shielding gases at direct current. It is an adjustable thyristor rectifier with rigid or falling external characteristics. The difference from VDU-506C version is the classical construction and absence of combined volt-ampere characteristic in the semi-automatic welding mode. It has NAKS certificate. Universal welding rectifier VDU-506 works in a set with semi-automatic machine PDGO-510-5, with stabilisation of welding wire feeding speed and possibility of removal of feeding mechanism from the rectifier on distance up to 30m, is optimal for shop conditions at welding at arc currents up to 450A (PV=100%).
