Chuck centre lathe with CNC model 16R30F3-1,5 is designed for turning in centres and chuck of parts with straight, stepped, curved profile and for thread cutting. Technical characteristics and rigidity of the machine allow to fully use the capabilities of high-speed and carbide tools for machining both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. For different types of machining the machine can be equipped with different types of turrets: 4-position turret with vertical axis of rotation, 8-position turret with horizontal axis of rotation, including driven tools. Thanks to the operational control system, there is the possibility of cycle or manual control, which makes it possible to use the machine in single production, especially with recurring orders. It is also possible to operate the machine according to a control programme.
