Switches are designed for carrying current in normal mode and switching off current at short circuits and inadmissible voltage drops, as well as for infrequent (up to 3 per hour) operational switching on and off of electrical circuits.
Switches of A3790U series have:

- 3 poles, electromagnetic current releases, providing protection of the main circuit from short-circuit currents.
